We ship our orders via UPS ground shipping.
Our orders ship from our warehouse in Mississippi, USA.
Due to sanitary reasons, items on this website are not eligible for returns.
Please contact heartsofholinessapparel@gmail.com if an item you receive is faulty or damaged within 3 week-days of receiving with a photo of the item. Faulty items will be considered for a replacement with shipping covered by Hearts of Holiness Apparel if within 3 day policy. No items will be replaced or refunded beyond 3 days of delivery.
Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Your order tracking number will be sent to you within 1-3 business days of placing your order. We do not fulfill orders on weekends. If you are unable to locate your email, check your promotions folder and spam folder for an email from Hearts of Holiness Apparel.
